Do I need a Mac Mini M4?
Yes — the Setup Day is specifically for Mac Mini M4. If you don't have one yet, we can help you order one first, then schedule the session.
How long does the session take?
Usually 2-3 hours. You'll have the full system running by the end. We don't stop until everything works.
Is this a screenshare or do you remote in?
Both work — Zoom screenshare is the default. Some clients prefer to share their screen, others prefer Tommy shares his screen and walks you through it.
What if I need help after the session?
You get 30 days of follow-up support after your Setup Day. If something breaks or you have questions, text or email Tommy directly.
